Sonablate--The Future of Non-Invasive Surgery for Focal Surgery
Focal Surgery had developed a new therapeutic medical instrument, Sonablate, that used focused ultrasound to alleviate prostate conditions. As an alternative to invasive surgery--the most common treatment then used for prostate conditions--the new technology offered a promising treatment option. Focal Surgery approached DDP to develop a video that would inform and educate both doctors and patients about its new product.
DDP created a dual purpose video--one that could be used to promote and market Focal Surgery's product to doctors and hospitals and that could be used by doctors to educate their patients about the Sonablate procedure. As part of the new product launch, the video was shown at national trade shows and was sent to hospitals, clinics, and doctors in the field. Using animation and creative video effects, this program clearly demonstrates Focal Surgery's promising non-invasive alternative to surgical procedures.
